My life has been shaped by my favorite stories, the ones that have encouraged me and inspired me and challenged me and challenged what I thought I knew. I've learned who I am, who God wants me to be, and so much more, all through the power of the written word. I've felt shared joy, sorrow, triumph and defeat, all through the power of great stories.

I have a soldier/pilot husband, a sweet but nervous dog, an active 5 year old, and a million stories to tell. I pray about everything from what book to read next to major life-altering decisions, though sometimes that's one in the same.

I don't believe the world will be changed by just one sweeping movement (though they are important!).
Instead, I believe it'll be changed one heart, one story at a time.
